HOW TO ORDER

Happy Halen Design will be launching a traditional online store this Fall. We don't want to make our loyal customers wait any longer to be able to order products online. Children and infants need custom, fashionable attire everyday of the year.

OF COURSE... We will still be holding our seasonal boutiques filled with many more items than we could possibly fit online as well as featuring other FABULOUS vendors. Be sure to check our permanent blog: www.happyhalen.blogspot.com for dates, times and location of our upcoming boutique shows.

Until our traditional online store is up and running here's how to order:

Send us an EMAIL (happyhalen@gmail.com) with:
  • the ITEM NAME & No.
  • COLOR (if more than one color choice is offered)
  • SIZE
  • Any special requests, names to be printed, etc.
  • Your name, email address, mailing address & phone number.
Once we receive your order via email, a PayPal invoice will be created and sent to your email address. PayPal allows us to accept all MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS and process orders anytime 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Payment
We accept Debit/Credit Cards via PayPal only.

Payment is due upfront. We create our items once you place your order so that we may customize the item to your specifications.

Any cancellations will be be subject to our return policy below.
Shipping
Because we create your order custom for you, items may take up to 14 days to ship (depending upon the item) after payment is received. An estimated shipping date will be given in your order confirmation message.

All orders are sent First Class U.S. Postal, USPS Priority or International Post unless otherwise stated.

For specific shipping details or time frames, please email us and we would be happy to give you specific details regarding your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Custom items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturers defect. In the case of defect, item is subject to the Happy Halen return policy below.

RETURNS are accepted within 7 days of receipt of buyer. When returning item, buyer bears the cost of shipping item back to Happy Halen. Item must be postmarked within the 7 calendar days following original delivery to buyer. Item must be unworn, unwashed and with any tags still attached. Once item is received by Happy Halen, a full refund minus the cost of shipping will be refunded in the form of original payment.
